If I could have given a zero I would. Bought a large holdall in July last year used it twice. On return from my recent holiday I noticed that the two bars inside had snapped clean through. There was no other damage to the case. Don't bank on the 5 year warranty it is useless. Customer service worse than pathetic. Okay to deal with when your spending money but not if you have a problem with faulty goods. Go elsewhere
